Treasury Dealer – Treasury Management & Equity Trading

About the role

Green Link Digital Bank, Singapore's first wholesale digital bank, is seeking a Treasury Dealer to manage liquidity, interest rate structures and regulatory risks while generating revenue from excess cash.

Key responsibilities

• Manage liquidity, structural interest rates and regulatory risk for the bank.
• Oversee the treasury equity portfolio, investing excess cash to generate revenue.
• Support the FX client business by quoting, executing and hedging client FX positions.
• Participate in investment management of excess cash for yield enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.
• Maintain relationships with banking community, financial institutions and the Head Office.
• Assist in developing and operating digital banking treasury systems and processes.
• Review and recommend treasury policies, procedures and best practices in line with MAS regulations.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized university.
• 6‑10 years of relevant experience in equity trading with a proven track record.
• Initiative‑taking, proactive and versatile collaborator with strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Hands‑on, comfortable working under tight deadlines and able to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
