Vice President of Human Resources – Data Center Platform

About the role

The company is a fast‑growing international data‑center platform seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to design and scale the people function as it expands across Southeast Asia. Reporting to the CEO, you will partner with senior leadership to build HR infrastructure, talent strategy, and governance for a multi‑jurisdictional workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end HR processes covering organisational design, talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, employee engagement, compensation, mobility and regional governance.
• Develop cross‑border employment structures, expatriate and relocation programmes for staff in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and other APAC markets.
• Lead the creation of scalable people systems while remaining hands‑on to address practical challenges of rapid growth.
• Collaborate with the CEO, Board and leadership team on strategic HR initiatives and provide detailed execution support.
• Attract and retain talent from global technology firms and regional infrastructure ecosystems.

Required profile

• 15+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a VP or Head‑of‑HR role, overseeing a full HR function.
• Proven track record of building HR organisations during rapid international expansion, preferably in data‑centres, critical infrastructure, large‑scale real estate or similar asset‑heavy businesses.
• Experience operating across both Western and APAC markets and navigating complex, diverse workforces.
