About the role
Mastercard is seeking a Vice President to lead Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CAE) product management for the Southeast Asia region. The role focuses on delivering seamless cardholder experiences, driving revenue growth, and positioning Mastercard as the partner of choice for issuers and merchants.
Key responsibilities
- Drive execution of global and regional CAE products, ensuring commercial success in Southeast Asia.
- Develop localized product and service capabilities through strategic local partnerships.
- Provide market insights, regulatory implications, and go‑to‑market plans for new revenue opportunities.
- Partner with SEA division teams (IMK, P&I, IMC, Services Business Development) to execute product strategies that support services revenue growth.
- Collaborate with account teams and Services Sales on business development for merchants and issuers.
- Introduce existing CAE solutions to the market and relay market feedback to regional and global product teams.
- Combine partner management, product commercialization, and program management to achieve financial targets for Loyalty & Rewards, Offers, Marketing Services, and DY products.
Required profile
- Proven track record in product management, commercialization, and business development.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align product initiatives to business objectives.
- Strong ambition and drive to manage multiple business components and lead a high‑performing team.
