Vice President / Senior VP Institutional Sales – Southeast Asia

About the role

The firm is a globally respected private markets and alternative investment manager seeking a Vice President or Senior Vice President to lead Institutional Sales across Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore, the role sits at the forefront of the firm’s Asia‑Pacific growth agenda, responsible for originating and raising capital for flagship private‑markets strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and build long‑term relationships with institutional investors such as insurance companies, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, banks and asset managers across the region.
• Translate complex private‑markets strategies into bespoke, institution‑ready solutions and present them to senior investment committees.
• Collaborate with investment, risk and structuring teams to design tailored solutions that align with client balance‑sheet and liability profiles.
• Drive regional revenue targets and contribute to the development of the firm’s Southeast Asia institutional franchise.
• Represent the firm at industry events and thought‑leadership forums to enhance brand visibility.

Required profile

• Proven track record in institutional capital formation or fundraising within Southeast Asia.
• Deep understanding of private‑markets, alternative investments and institutional investment processes.
• Experience in a global asset manager, private‑markets platform, investment bank or capital‑advisory environment.
• Strong academic pedigree and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
