Vice President Supply Chain

About the role

The Vice President of Supply Chain will lead material management, planning, procurement and logistics for operations in the Middle East, ensuring robust and efficient supply chain performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end material management including demand planning, inventory control, procurement and logistics.
• Apply technical knowledge of product support and logistics to direct service requirements.
• Coordinate planning and parts supply requirements with vendors and customers.
• Drive strategic supply chain initiatives to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in supply chain and logistics management, preferably in aerospace, aviation or defense.
• Proven leadership and people‑management abilities, with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
• Strong background in strategic planning, operational excellence and data‑driven decision making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or related field; master’s or MBA is a plus.
• Experience in airline or aerospace MRO environments is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work on‑site in the Middle East and travel regionally or internationally as required.
