Visual Designer (Mobile Games)

About the role

We are building a new game studio in Singapore focused on casual mobile games. As a Visual Designer you will craft high‑quality UI visuals that make our games enjoyable and intuitive for players.

Key responsibilities

• Design UI assets such as layouts, HUD elements, icons, buttons, pop‑ups, reward panels, store pages, event interfaces and other player‑facing elements.
• Create clear, readable interfaces with strong hierarchy, composition, spacing, colour usage and overall player experience.
• Collaborate with product, art and tech teams to translate gameplay features and requirements into functional UI designs.
• Maintain visual consistency through UI standards, design systems, asset libraries, templates and guidelines.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback, testing results and live updates.
• Research top‑performing casual games to stay on top of UI trends and competitor styles.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up iteration and improve production quality.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Visual Communication, Digital Media, Interactive Media or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in visual/graphic/UI design, branding, advertising, digital campaigns, mobile apps or games.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI, layout, branding or digital campaign work.
• Ability to accept feedback constructively and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for games and creating enjoyable player experiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma or Sigma.
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, readability, composition, typography, colour usage, spacing and mobile interface presentation.
• Good grasp of mobile user experience and user behaviour.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted design tools.
