Visual Merchandising Intern

About the role

Acqua di Parma, part of LVMH, is looking for a Visual Merchandising Intern in Singapore. The intern supports the rollout of visual merchandising and point-of-sale material (POSM) strategies across APAC markets, working with regional and local teams to align product launches with brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Support the rollout of visual merchandising and POSM strategies across APAC markets, aligned with brand guidelines for product launches.
• Work closely with regional and local teams to adapt and implement VM plans consistently and with attention to detail.
• Track and review in-store launch installations, consolidate feedback and support follow-up actions to improve execution quality.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and distributors to manage and optimise POSM allocation across markets.
• Provide practical design adaptation support to local markets, balancing brand consistency with local requirements.
• Gain hands-on experience across the full VM process, from planning and coordination to execution and post-launch review in a multi-market environment.

Required profile

• Able to commit 6 months full time, from December 2026/January 2027 to June 2027.
• Genuine interest in the beauty industry.
• Strong communication skills with different functional teams.
• Problem-solving and project management skills, attention to detail, strong accountability and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and MS Office PowerPoint.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office Excel.
• Proficiency with SketchUp preferred; 3D design knowledge is a plus.
