VP Sales – Southeast Asia Market Leader

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a senior market leader to drive its Southeast Asia sales and growth. The VP Sales will shape strategy, lead cross‑functional teams and represent AVEVA across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and execute short‑ and long‑term market goals aligned with corporate vision.
• Lead and influence cross‑functional teams in a matrix organization, providing guidance to local sales, service delivery, customer success, technical sales, marketing and people functions.
• Develop and manage the Southeast Asia sales team, creating strategic and operational plans to capture new opportunities and drive high growth.
• Build senior executive relationships with enterprise customers and government to promote cloud‑first technology and digital transformation.
• Develop a robust partner ecosystem and execute activation programs to maximize recurring business.

Required profile

• 15+ years senior executive experience in a matrixed organization, leading Southeast Asia market operations.
• Proven commercial and account‑management expertise selling industrial software solutions with long sales cycles.
• Strong network with top decision‑makers in both public and commercial sectors across the region.
• Excellent communication and ability to align and motivate teams around a clear vision.
