VP, Strategic Partnerships, Brand and Planning

About the role

We are looking for a strategic leader to originate and activate high‑impact partnerships that connect markets, communities and ideas. The VP will shape SGX Group’s next phase of brand and engagement strategy, aligning brand, business priorities and social impact to strengthen market positioning and drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a partnerships strategy aligned with SGX’s business priorities and growth ambitions.
• Originate, negotiate and structure collaborations with global institutions, industry bodies, commercial and media partners.
• Build an ecosystem of partners that amplifies distribution, content and access to new audiences, focusing on co‑creation and scalable engagement models.
• Translate brand strategy into external collaborations that enhance reputation, visibility and thought leadership.
• Lead purpose‑driven CSR initiatives, integrating them into broader brand narratives and campaigns.
• Design and deliver high‑impact partnership experiences, managing key partner and agency relationships.
• Establish KPIs, tracking mechanisms and use AI tools to enhance insight and productivity.

Required profile

• 12‑15 years of experience originating and delivering partnerships with brand and business impact.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to structure mutually valuable partnerships.
• Proven stakeholder influence, relationship‑building skills and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation abilities to secure buy‑in.
• Adaptability, learning agility and sound judgement in ambiguous, shifting markets.
