Warehouse Assistant & Forklift Driver

About the role

Join a leading logistics and freight forwarding company as a Warehouse Assistant and Forklift Driver. You will operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to ensure smooth inbound and outbound cargo flow across indoor and outdoor areas.

Key responsibilities

• Operate forklift and other MHE safely in indoor and outdoor zones.
• Load and unload cargo at designated locations.
• Record incoming and outgoing cargo using handheld devices or tally sheets.
• Store cargo in assigned racks and pick items for dispatch, performing simple quality checks.
• Guide and train new Warehouse Assistants.
• Conduct stock counts and reconcile with records.
• Inspect forklift/MHE daily and report any issues.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Valid forklift licence (up to 5 tonnes).
• Minimum 1 year of forklift driving experience.
• Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
