Warehouse Assistant – Fulfillment Associate

About the role

We are looking for a self‑driven Warehouse Assistant to support daily fulfillment operations at our pandamart stores in Singapore. The role involves working 12‑hour rotating shifts, either day or night, to ensure online grocery orders are processed quickly and accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, scan and pack grocery items for online orders, meeting delivery timelines.
• Receive and replenish stock in the store, maintaining proper placement.
• Manage warehouse inventory, ensuring smooth goods flow and accurate counts.
• Lead and allocate work to fellow pickers during each shift.
• Follow workplace and food‑safety regulations at all times.

Required profile

• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and handling non‑halal items.
• Self‑motivated, reliable attendance and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work across different store locations as rostered.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or retail setting is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mobile devices, laptops and digital communication tools.
• Familiarity with 5S methodology and its daily application.
• Basic knowledge of Warehouse/Inventory Management Systems.
• Fluent reading and speaking English.
