Warehouse Assistant – Up to SGD 2600 – Boon Lay

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Assistant to join our Boon Lay facility. The role involves handling incoming goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting smooth material flow across plant and warehouse locations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods using RFID systems, including furnished items from various sites.
• Conduct cycle counts of furnished items at plant and warehouse locations as required.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless material movement.
• Maintain stock accuracy during distribution and investigate any discrepancies or missing spares.
• Execute material movements and process returns to the warehouse using SAP/HANA.
• Maintain proper documentation and system records for all inventory transactions.
• Adhere to workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum education: N/O Level or equivalent.
• Valid forklift licence preferred, as the role involves forklift operation.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or material handling is advantageous.
