Warehouse Dispatcher

About the role

The Warehouse Dispatcher ensures that all customer‑requested pickups are allocated to the right drivers promptly and efficiently. Working on‑site in Singapore, you will coordinate daily pickup schedules, communicate with customers about any delays, and support the broader logistics team.

Key responsibilities

• Assign pickups to drivers based on routes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Coordinate urgent pickups to meet customer deadlines, using automated assignment tools.
• Maintain constant communication with customers regarding unforeseen delays.
• Distribute devices to drivers and resolve simple technical issues.
• Follow up on pallet shipment requests and send daily pre‑alert emails.
• Track missed pickups and support the Customer Experience Coordinator.
• Assist with package location, delivery, supply requests, driver follow‑up, delivery changes, and undelivered package inquiries via email or phone.

Required profile

• Familiarity with Singapore roads and areas.
• Understanding of operational plans, processes, procedures, and operating hours.
• Ability to read and use internal systems after training.
• Strong teamwork and customer‑service orientation.
• Physical ability to perform light‑effort tasks.

• On‑site work schedule: 5.5 days per week (alternate Saturdays).
• Working hours: Mon 9:30‑18:30, Tue‑Fri 10:30‑19:30, Sat 10:00‑14:00.
