Warehouse Operations Executive

About the role

The Warehouse Operations Executive will support the Warehouse Manager in day‑to‑day activities, ensuring that goods are received, stored, retrieved and dispatched efficiently. This role is based in Tuas and requires a proactive approach to maintain safety, accuracy and productivity in a computerized warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the warehouse manager with daily operational tasks and planning.
• Investigate incidents, analyse root causes and provide corrective actions and reports.
• Ensure compliance with Safe Work Procedures and conduct regular equipment inspections.
• Maintain operational documentation in line with SOPs.
• Manage quality issues, monthly cycle counts, annual stock‑take and overall inventory accuracy.
• Keep workstations clean and safe, adhering to all safety regulations.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Lead SAP EWM issue resolution, training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers on warehouse requirements.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in warehousing, picking, packing and inventory control, preferably in a computerized setting.
• Strong analytical skills to identify problems and implement solutions.
• Ability to produce accurate reports and meet billing/costing deadlines.
• Good communication skills for liaising with team members and customers.
