Warehouse Operations Technician

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Warehouse Operations Technician to ensure smooth equipment performance, product quality, and process reliability within our warehouse environment. You will work closely with engineers and the operations team to conduct inspections, testing, and routine maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inspections, verification, testing, and technical validation activities on warehouse equipment.
• Conduct SUR, fraud checks, and other validation processes as required.
• Troubleshoot equipment, process, and product issues and implement corrective actions.
• Assist engineers with equipment setup, process validation, testing, and production readiness.
• Carry out routine maintenance, calibration, and basic repairs of equipment.
• Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and operational procedures.
• Record inspection results, test data, repairs, and corrective actions accurately.

Required profile

• NITEC, Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Familiarity with technical documentation, work instructions, and quality & safety SOPs.
