Warehouse Operator

About the role

Join DSV’s dynamic logistics team as a Warehouse Operator, responsible for ensuring smooth inbound and outbound flow of goods while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute 5S methodology and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
• Perform inbound, outbound, and cycle‑count activities accurately and on time.
• Check cargo against shipping documents, verify quantities, and conduct visual inspections.
• Escalate any discrepancies, damages, or missing items to supervisors.
• Support the Warehouse Supervisor in meeting KPI targets.
• Handle documentation, stock‑taking, material movement, and database integrity tasks.
• Assist with ad‑hoc operational tasks as directed.

Required profile

• Ability to follow safety, quality, and operating procedures.
• Attention to detail for checking and counting goods.
• Physical capability to handle material and perform warehouse duties.
• Team‑player attitude with willingness to support supervisors.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of warehouse management processes.
• Familiarity with 5S principles.
• Ability to use handheld devices or scanners for inventory checks.
