Warehouse Operator

About the role

DSV is looking for a Warehouse Operator to join its logistics team in Singapore. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring goods are stored safely and dispatched accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Retrieve cartons from the staging area and sort them by destination and route.
• Match cartons to shipment IDs and unload deliveries to designated storage locations.
• Create and wrap pallets according to shipment IDs, then move them to outbound staging lanes.
• Scan pallet IDs, verify against shipping documents, and coordinate loading with drivers or forwarders.
• Receive, inspect, count, and sort incoming cargoes, escalating any discrepancies or damages.
• Perform PGR transactions, transfer pallets to PND stations, and maintain clean inbound sorting and staging areas.
• Follow DSV policies, workplace safety, and security rules at all times.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• Physical stamina for lifting and moving pallets.
