Warehouse Operator

About the role

DSV is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operator to join its Singapore logistics hub. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of goods from inbound receipt to outbound shipment, supporting both local and overseas deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Retrieve cartons from the staging area and sort them by destination and route.
• Match cartons to shipment IDs provided by the Customer Service (CS) team.
• Unload deliveries, relocate goods to designated storage locations, and create pallet handling units (HU) as required.
• Wrap pallets, scan shipment IDs, and move pallets to outbound staging lanes.
• Check cargo against inbound documents, perform visual inspections, and count received items.
• Escalate any discrepancies or damages promptly.
• Execute PGR transactions, pallet wrapping, and transfer pallets to PND stations.
• Maintain housekeeping of inbound sorting and staging areas while complying with DSV safety and security policies.

Required profile

• Ability to follow DSV policies, workplace safety, and security rules.
• Physical capability to handle and move goods safely.
• Attention to detail for accurate documentation and inventory checks.
