Warehouse Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Operator to join DSV’s Singapore warehouse. The role involves handling inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting continuous improvement in a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all safety, quality and operating procedures in the warehouse.
• Perform 5S activities to keep the work area organized.
• Execute inbound, outbound and cycle‑count tasks efficiently.
• Visually inspect shipments and report any non‑conformities.
• Support the Supervisor in meeting KPI targets.
• Maintain database integrity, conduct stock‑taking and manage documentation.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of all paperwork.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Proficient with PC applications and familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as SAP.
• Forklift and/or VNA licence is an advantage.
