Warehouse Operator

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Operator to join our Singapore facility. The role involves handling material flow, supporting receiving and shipping activities, and ensuring inventory accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare materials for production and distribution.
• Receive inbound shipments, verify quantities and condition.
• Pick, pack and ship outbound orders.
• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain and care for company‑provided equipment, including hand and RF scanners.
• Uphold 5S housekeeping standards and overall workplace cleanliness.
• Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Physically fit and able to lift or move up to 50 lb.
• Ability to work shifts, including nights if required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of health and safety practices in a warehouse.

Required skills

• Operation of hand scanners.
• Use of RF scanners / Personal Digital Assistants (PDA).
• Basic computer skills.
