Warehouse Technician – 1 Year Contract

About the role

Roche is seeking a Warehouse Technician to support its manufacturing and quality operations in Singapore. This fixed‑term position involves handling materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring smooth shipment processes while adhering to strict compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, issue, and sample materials for manufacturing and quality needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counting and data entry into SAP and other systems.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring proper procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team on operational support and improvement projects.
• Follow cGMP, GDP, and safety policies, handling material handling equipment safely.
• Document order fulfillment, manage change requests, and report discrepancies.
• Escalate abnormal events and ensure correct labeling and segregation of materials.
• Promote a safety‑first mindset and report accidents, near misses, or hazards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using the Lean Production System.

Required profile

• Diploma, Higher NITEC, NITEC, or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a GMP‑regulated environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and warehouse processes.
• Valid forklift licence (required for the role).
• Willingness to be based at Tuas Bay Link, Singapore and commit to a one‑year contract.
