Website, SEO & Email Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Website, SEO & Email Marketing Specialist to plan, execute and optimise our email campaigns while driving organic traffic through SEO and supporting website content.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute promotional, lifecycle and newsletter email campaigns.
• Create email copy, subject lines and basic design/layout.
• Manage email platforms such as Klaviyo and Mailchimp.
• Segment audiences, maintain lists and conduct A/B testing of subject lines, timing and content.
• Track performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and produce reports.
• Ensure compliance with data‑protection and anti‑spam regulations.
• Conduct keyword research and develop SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
• Implement on‑page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal linking, content optimisation).
• Provide technical SEO support including site audits, page‑speed recommendations and indexing issue resolution.
• Recommend content improvements to boost organic traffic and monitor rankings and traffic metrics.
• Perform basic competitor and market analysis.
• Create and update simple website pages (landing and campaign pages).
• Identify and report website bugs or performance issues and coordinate with developers or designers when needed.

Required profile

• Open to Singapore citizens, permanent residents, or overseas‑based remote candidates.
