Wellness Education Specialist

About the role

The Wellness Education Specialist will enhance Technogym’s brand experience by delivering high‑impact education, training, and customer engagement across Singapore. You will act as a bridge between internal teams, B2B partners, trainers, and end‑users, ensuring seamless adoption of Technogym’s wellness ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver product training and education programs for internal staff, partners, and customers.
• Drive product adoption and customer satisfaction through proactive support and relationship management.
• Coordinate community activation initiatives, events, and certification programs for personal trainers and wellness advocates.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding, ongoing training, and retention activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align education strategies with business goals.
