Wellness Travel Consultant

About the role

The Wellness Travel Consultant will design and manage personalised wellness‑focused travel itineraries for individual and corporate clients. Based onsite in Singapore, you will work closely with clients to understand their health and lifestyle goals and translate them into seamless travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to capture wellness objectives and travel preferences.
• Recommend suitable destinations, retreats, spa resorts and holistic programs.
• Coordinate all travel components – flights, accommodations, transfers and activities – using GDS or booking platforms.
• Handle day‑to‑day reservations, booking changes and ensure compliance with company policies and supplier requirements.
• Provide high‑quality customer service before, during and after travel, resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain strong relationships with wellness partners and travel suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise processes and contribute to curated wellness packages.
• Stay up‑to‑date on wellness travel trends, products and promotions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in travel consulting or corporate travel management.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Interest in health, well‑being and lifestyle travel.
• Relevant certifications or a diploma in Travel, Tourism or Hospitality is beneficial.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) or equivalent booking platforms.
• Experience using CRM systems and online travel technology tools.
