Workforce Transformation Director

About the role

PwC South East Asia Consulting is hiring a Workforce Transformation Director, a business-building leadership role combining strategy, technology and people. You will help shape the next chapter of the Workforce Transformation business, build trusted relationships with senior clients, create distinctive propositions and lead complex transformation programmes from strategy through implementation and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Shape a market position for Workforce Transformation in Singapore and across Southeast Asia, and build propositions on AI, work redesign, skills, HR transformation, organisation, culture and change.
• Build relationships with C-suite executives, business leaders and CHROs, and originate and convert complex, cross-border transformation opportunities.
• Lead engagements from strategy and design through implementation, adoption and sustained outcomes, advising senior leaders on the workforce implications of AI and technology.
• Create repeatable, scalable offerings and client assets, embedding AI, data and technology into diagnosis and delivery.
• Contribute to the practice's growth and financial performance, taking part in account planning, demand generation, deal selection, pricing, contracting and margin management.
• Lead diverse, cross-border teams, coach and develop colleagues, and attract and retain talent.

Required profile

• An established consulting leader who combines strategic thinking with a determination to deliver.
• Comfortable shaping a board-level transformation agenda and working with delivery teams to turn it into results.
• Intellectually curious about how AI and emerging technology are changing work and organisations.
