Workforce Transformation Senior Associate

About the role

PwC's Workforce Transformation team helps organisations solve people, workforce and HR challenges, covering change management, organisation design, workforce strategy, skills and learning, culture, leadership, employee experience, digital adoption and AI-enabled workforce transformation. As a Workforce Transformation Senior Associate, you will work with senior client stakeholders and PwC teams to design and implement solutions that transform how work gets done, build future-ready workforce capabilities and accelerate adoption of new technologies. This is a core consulting delivery role.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver workstreams in large-scale business, technology, HR and workforce transformation programmes, from strategy through implementation and adoption, and design workforce transformation roadmaps.
• Support organisation design and operating model transformation, including roles, capabilities, governance, decision rights and workforce transition.
• Develop workforce strategy, planning, skill transformation, learning, culture and leadership solutions.
• Break down complex challenges into problem statements, hypotheses, analysis plans and recommendations, using data and market research, and synthesise findings into executive-ready narratives.
• Design and run stakeholder engagement, communications, leadership alignment, learning and behavioural change strategies, and conduct change impact and readiness assessments.
• Use GenAI, automation, analytics and digital tools responsibly, assess workforce implications of AI and automation, and support digital adoption of HR systems, ERP, collaboration tools and AI-enabled workforce solutions.
• Manage day-to-day delivery, coach Associates or analysts, prepare workshops and interviews, and contribute to proposals, credentials and practice development.

Required profile

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in consulting, workforce transformation, human capital, organisation effectiveness, HR transformation, change management or related fields.
• Experience supporting or delivering large-scale transformation programmes, preferably involving technology, HR, enterprise platforms, operating model or workforce change.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Organisational Development, Economics, Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams and multicultural delivery environments.

Required skills

• Ability to create client-ready deliverables such as presentations, reports, roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation and project management skills.
• Relevant certifications in change management, agile, HR technology, data analytics or AI are advantageous.
