About the role

Join Plaud Singapore as a Workplace & Employee Experience Specialist and shape the daily experience of our people. You will be responsible for creating an inspiring environment, designing culture‑building programs, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver employee experience programs, cultural events, and engagement initiatives.
• Plan and execute company events end‑to‑end, including team activities, celebrations, office open days, and cultural moments.
• Support onboarding experiences and other employee touchpoints that reflect Plaud’s values.
• Manage day‑to‑day office operations, vendor relationships, and facilities to maintain high standards.
• Coordinate executive support, business visits, and ad‑hoc workplace needs with professionalism and discretion.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in employee experience, workplace operations, or office management within a tech or fast‑paced environment.
• Genuine passion for people, culture, and creating environments where teams thrive.
• Proven track record of independently planning and delivering employee events or engagement programs.
• Strong communicator able to work across all levels with warmth and credibility.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven, and comfortable building processes with minimal structure from day one.
