About the role

HA Academy is seeking a passionate Youth Development Training Enthusiast to join its Learning & Development team. In this role you will deliver high‑quality training programmes that inspire and equip young people with the skills they need to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions across youth development programmes, encouraging active participation.
• Facilitate activities and discussions aligned with the Youth Development Framework.
• Provide field insights to continuously improve curriculum relevance and impact.
• Manage training operations, including trainer scheduling, logistics, inventory, and impact reporting.
• Ensure smooth programme execution with a focus on quality, learner experience, and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Energetic, approachable, and passionate about working with youths.
• Strong facilitation and classroom management abilities.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and experiment with new approaches.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of Singapore’s education landscape is an advantage.
• Prior experience with youth preferred, but fresh graduates with the right mindset are welcome.
