Zone Supply Chain Manager – Luxury Division (SAPMENA)

About the role

As a Zone Supply Chain Manager for the Luxury division, you will oversee supply‑chain performance across more than ten SAPMENA affiliates. You will partner with global, zone and country teams to ensure seamless product flow, risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance monthly KPI reporting, proactively identifying short‑term and mid‑term supply‑chain risks.
• Analyse forecasts at country, brand, category and SKU level to generate YoY, MoM and YTD insights.
• Collaborate with S&OP, IDC and country supply‑chain teams on confirmation, shipment rates and other operational metrics.
• Execute operational rollout of luxury brand launches, expansions and localisations, coordinating forecasts and stock availability.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in partnership with global and zone cross‑functional teams.
• Identify and implement best practices such as launch forecasting, business planning and SISOSIT integration.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in demand and supply planning, preferably in a regional role.
• Strong analytical mindset with an eye for detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to co‑create solutions with cross‑functional partners and manage complexity in a fast‑paced environment.
