Account cum HR Officer

About the role

The Account cum HR Officer will support both finance and human resources functions, ensuring accurate financial records while managing payroll and employee administration for our Singapore office.

Key responsibilities

• Process accounts payable, prepare journal entries and perform month‑end closing.
• Maintain accounting records and submit GST (F5) filings.
• Administer payroll, CPF, IR8A, Employment Pass applications and related government claims.
• Maintain leave and attendance records for staff.
• Coordinate vendors, oversee office maintenance, insurance renewals and service contracts.
• Liaise with auditors and government agencies as required.
• Provide administrative support to directors and handle ad‑hoc tasks.

Required profile

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
• Familiarity with Singapore payroll, CPF, GST, IR8A and Employment Pass processes is an advantage.
