Accountant – Luxury Hotel (Frasers House)

About the role

The hotel is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure accuracy of postings, and support cash handling processes for Frasers House, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
• Organise, secure and maintain files, records, cash and cash equivalents in line with policies.
• Record, store, access and analyse computerized financial information.
• Classify, code and summarise numerical data using journals, ledgers and computers.
• Prepare, maintain, audit and distribute financial, accounting and payroll reports.
• Complete period‑end closing procedures and related reports.
• Prepare, review, reconcile and issue bills, invoices and account statements.
• Follow‑up on past‑due accounts and vendor invoices until resolved.
• Prepare daily consolidated cash deposits and manage cash variances.
• Administer cashier banks and contracts while adhering to company policies.

Required profile

• Manager‑level experience in accounting or finance.
• Full‑time availability.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
