About the role
As an Administrative Business Partner for Google’s APAC 3PDC sites, you will be the operational backbone that keeps the team focused on its strategic objectives. You anticipate the needs of managers and team members, resolving administrative challenges before they impact productivity, while staying current with Google’s suite of products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, manage and execute team summits, workshops, events and other activities across APAC 3PDC locations.
- Oversee team budgets, maintain site‑event and room‑booking calendars, and coordinate executive visits.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal departments and external suppliers, handling confidential information with discretion.
- Collaborate with the global Administrative Business Partner team to deliver domestic and international meetings, events, and projects.
- Identify and implement efficiency improvements, and help define new operational strategies.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a high‑tech or international environment, handling travel, expenses, calendar and facilities coordination.
- Proven ability to lead small‑ to medium‑sized projects and manage cross‑functional teams.
- Strong initiative, relationship‑building skills and the capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities, with the skill to juggle multiple stakeholders and priorities.
