Assistant Director, Growth Partnership, CRM and Insights

About the role

NTU Academy for Professional and Continuing Education (NTU PACE) is looking for an experienced leader to head the Growth Partnership, CRM and Insights function. The Assistant Director will shape an integrated growth and customer‑engagement strategy, enhance the use of customer data and marketing technology, and partner with programme value streams to improve market reach, lead quality, conversion and sustained engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of integrated growth and marketing strategies aligned with NTU PACE’s enrolment and revenue objectives.
• Act as a strategic growth partner to programme value streams, advising on target audiences, market positioning, demand generation and go‑to‑market plans.
• Establish and govern HubSpot usage across NTU PACE, including lifecycle definitions, data standards, lead routing, access controls and reporting.
• Design customer segmentation, lead‑scoring, nurture, re‑engagement and marketing‑automation frameworks to support scalable customer journeys.
• Prioritise campaigns, channels, content, events and engagement activities based on customer needs and market opportunities.
• Define lead‑quality standards and collaborate with enrolment and customer‑facing teams to improve funnel progression and conversion.
• Develop dashboards and insights covering campaign performance, customer behaviour, lead quality, funnel movement and ROI.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in growth, marketing or partnership functions.
• Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation and data‑driven decision making.
• Experience working with academic, professional or corporate education programmes.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple value streams and influence strategic direction.
