Bank Human Resource Executive (Entry Level)

About the role

This entry‑level position supports the bank’s HR function by managing the full employee life‑cycle, from onboarding to exit, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities, including employee screenings, offer letters and declarations.
• Conduct post‑employment screenings and flag discrepancies to HR Business Partners.
• Handle staff movements such as transfers, secondments, conversions, re‑employment and terminations.
• Administer work‑pass applications and renewals for employees and dependents.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and ensure timely storage of documentation.
• Provide prompt, accurate responses to employee and stakeholder inquiries.
• Support ex‑staff reference checks and other ad‑hoc HR projects.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or candidate with limited HR experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow regulatory guidelines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
