Business Acquisition Manager – SEA/AUNZ (Thai, Bahasa, Tagalog)

About the role

Join Google Customer Solutions as a Business Acquisition Manager focused on the Southeast Asia and Australia/New Zealand markets. You will work directly with SMB owners, helping them grow through Google’s advertising solutions while delivering a high‑impact client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, manage and forecast new business pipelines and opportunities across SEA and AUNZ.
• Create compelling presentations and develop strategic advertising solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide excellent client service and partnership throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the client onboarding team, to ensure long‑term success of new advertisers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in advertising, business development, or a related marketing role.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate fluently in Thai, Bahasa, and Tagalog.
• Strong analytical and investigative abilities to uncover client business needs.

Required skills

• Fluency in Thai, Bahasa, and Tagalog.
• Knowledge of Google advertising products and solutions.
