About the role
We are seeking Care Support Assistants to join the inpatient ward team at Novena Government Hospital on a temporary basis. The position offers a flat rate of $18 per hour and involves supporting nurses with daily patient care tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Assist nurses in daily patient care tasks.
- Support patient hygiene and mobility.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety within the ward.
- Monitor and report patient conditions.
- Perform other ward duties as assigned by nursing staff.
Required profile
- Relevant HCA experience or HMI certification.
- Ability to commit to the assigned shift pattern and duration.
- SN/ENs willing to accept HCA duties and the advertised rate.
