Cash Product Manager – Transaction Banking

About the role

Standard Chartered’s Cash Management division is seeking a seasoned Cash Product Manager to shape the roadmap for its Account Management solutions across corporate and institutional clients. You will lead agile squads, translate business needs into technology solutions, and ensure the product stays aligned with regulatory and market expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Account Management strategy, including consulting, competitor analysis, and governance.
• Gather business requirements, design solutions, and manage the product backlog for agile delivery.
• Lead product roll‑outs to multiple countries, develop go‑to‑market material and track commercialisation performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, manage platform upgrades, and drive continuous product improvement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across technology, operations, risk, legal, and sales to align priorities and deliver outcomes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in cash product management or related financial services.
• Strong understanding of cash management and account services solutions across multiple markets.
• Proven product development and project management capabilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, data interpretation and business acumen.
• Effective stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills across cultures and time zones.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Tableau or similar data visualisation tools.
• Experience with reporting platforms and data‑driven decision making.
• Knowledge of interest pricing and deposits management.
