Certified Personal Golf Coach

About the role

GOLFTEC is seeking a Certified Personal Coach to join its Raffles Place training centre. You will work directly with golfers of all ages and skill levels, delivering customized lesson plans and leveraging cutting‑edge technology to accelerate improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Complete GOLFTEC University training and obtain certification.
• Design and deliver personalized lesson plans using TECSWING software.
• Recommend appropriate GOLFTEC services such as club fitting, outdoor lessons, and short‑game sessions.
• Document each lesson and upload recaps to the online portal.
• Maintain the training centre’s equipment, technology, and environment.
• Perform daily opening and closing duties, preparing teaching systems for use.
• Participate in ongoing education through seminars and distance learning.

Required profile

• Physical ability to stand, bend, kneel or crouch for extended periods and lift items over 30 lb.
• Strong communication skills to interact with students of varying skill levels.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GOLFTEC’s proprietary TECSWING teaching software.
