Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Senior Management

About the role

The Chief Financial Officer will lead the finance function of Good Mood Health Singapore, ensuring robust financial reporting, compliance and strategic support for the Group’s cross‑border operations. This senior position reports directly to the Board of Directors and works closely with Chinese shareholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full‑cycle accounting and finance, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports in line with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and regulatory requirements.
• Manage corporate tax compliance, GST filings, ACRA annual submissions, audits, corporate banking and the administration of financial platforms such as CorpPass.
• Direct cross‑border financial activities, foreign‑exchange risk, budgeting, cash‑flow management, treasury functions and consolidated reporting for the Group headquarters.
• Develop and maintain internal control frameworks, review financial agreements, support regulatory reporting and oversee shareholder profit distribution.
• Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisers, financial institutions and regulators to ensure statutory compliance.
• Provide financial analysis, capital planning and due‑diligence reports to aid Board and shareholder decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Auditing; CPA, ACCA or Singapore accounting qualifications preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience as CFO or Head of Finance, preferably in multinational and cross‑border environments.
• Deep knowledge of Singapore tax, GST, ACRA filing, corporate audit and foreign‑exchange compliance.
• Proven ability to produce group consolidated statements, manage cross‑border fund deployment and control costs and risks.
• Experience maintaining effective internal controls and navigating executive employment and corporate finance procedures in Singapore.
