Clinic Receptionist – Customer Service (Aesthetic Clinic)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing aesthetic clinic as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. You will ensure smooth front‑desk operations, providing friendly and efficient service while supporting clinical staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage front‑desk activities including patient registration, appointment scheduling and handling phone enquiries.
• Perform cashiering, process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Dispense products or medications according to clinic procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels, replenish stock and assist with periodic stock‑taking.
• Keep the reception and dispensary area clean, organized and welcoming.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE “O” level or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant experience in a clinic, healthcare setting, retail or customer‑service environment.
• Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
