Consultant / Senior Consultant – Supply Chain Transformation

About the role

Capgemini is seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant to lead supply chain transformation projects. The role involves working with senior client leaders and cross‑functional teams to redesign planning, procurement, manufacturing and logistics processes, leveraging data, analytics and emerging AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of end‑to‑end supply chain transformation programs across planning, procurement, manufacturing and logistics.
• Analyze complex business challenges and translate them into data‑driven recommendations.
• Design future‑state operating models, processes, governance structures and performance frameworks.
• Lead specific workstreams or project modules, managing activities, stakeholders and deliverables.
• Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps and digital enablement strategies.
• Utilise analytics, automation and Generative AI tools for scenario modelling and solution development.
• Collaborate with client business and technology functions to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
• Advise on supply chain technology opportunities, including SAP S/4HANA and leading planning platforms.

Required profile

• Consultant or Senior Consultant level with experience in supply chain transformation.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with senior client stakeholders.
