Content & Social Media Producer – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a creative Content & Social Media Producer to shape the personal brand of our founder and the business brand of Gable & Roof across Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. You will own the content lifecycle from research and scripting to filming, editing, publishing and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Research property‑related questions, propose topics and write first‑draft scripts with clear hooks and factual sources.
• Plan and execute two filming sessions per week, producing two full‑length YouTube videos each month.
• Publish daily posts across both brands, creating Reels, Shorts, carousels and Stories while maintaining an organized footage library.
• Run approved paid campaigns on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, analyse results and feed insights into next month’s plan.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating video content that attracted an audience (e.g., a channel, client account or side project).
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and follow through from idea to publication.
• Comfortable being on‑site at property viewings, showflats and in‑car with the founder.

Required skills

• Video production and editing (phone‑first workflow acceptable).
• Social media content creation for Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
• Paid social campaign management.

What we offer

• Competitive monthly salary of SGD 5,000–8,000 plus incentives.
• 40‑hour work week with flexible location for planning and editing.
• Opportunity to shape a growing personal and business brand in the Singapore property market.
