Corporate Finance Business Planning & Operations Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a Business Planning Manager to support its Deals Advisory practice across Southeast Asia. The role combines strategic initiative execution with day‑to‑day operational coordination for the Corporate Finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and execution of strategic initiatives for the SEA Corporate Finance practice.
• Monitor project progress, produce reports and deliver insights to senior stakeholders.
• Conduct market, pipeline and performance analysis to inform decision‑making.
• Drive regional marketing and branding activities that showcase deal successes.
• Leverage digital and AI‑enabled tools to improve research, reporting and analytics.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, agenda preparation, minutes and action tracking.
• Manage communications between the SEA Corporate Finance CEO and regional teams, including presentations and reports.
• Oversee the team’s LinkedIn presence and other communication platforms.
• Support learning and development programmes, secondment coordination and people‑focused initiatives.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in business planning, strategy, project management or communications.
• Background in corporate finance, deal advisory, consulting, banking or professional services is a plus.
• Strong project and stakeholder management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset with commercial acumen.
