Corporate Finance Manager – Deals Advisory

About the role

PwC’s Deals Advisory practice is seeking a Manager to join its Corporate Finance team in Singapore. You will work on a range of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital‑raising transactions, helping clients turn complex deals into competitive advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare presentation materials and pitches for corporate finance and M&A engagements.
• Execute deal processes, including financial modelling, valuation analysis and transaction support.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance Partners and Directors to deliver data‑driven insights throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Contribute to post‑deal integration and exit strategies.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional transaction experience with investment banks or corporate finance firms.
• Proven track record in deal execution and financial modelling.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑starter with high initiative.
