About the role

The Customer Service Executive will act as the primary point of contact for high‑net‑worth patients, ensuring a seamless and personalised healthcare experience. This contract role supports patients throughout their care journey, coordinating appointments, referrals and follow‑up services across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Managed a portfolio of high‑net‑worth patients, delivering personalised service and ensuring a smooth healthcare experience.
• Coordinated appointments, specialist referrals, diagnostic tests and follow‑up care to support ongoing medical needs.
• Served as the main liaison for patients and families, handling enquiries and facilitating timely communication with multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitored care plans, treatment progress and appointment schedules to maintain continuity of care and adherence to clinical recommendations.
• Collaborated closely with doctors, nurses and allied health professionals to coordinate treatment plans and resolve service‑related issues promptly.
• Maintained accurate patient records while handling confidential information in compliance with healthcare policies.
