Join PwC's Deals Advisory Practice as a Senior Manager focusing on Financial Due Diligence. You will work with a global network of industry experts to help clients navigate mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, delivering data‑driven insights across the deal continuum.

Key responsibilities

• Set practice strategy, drive new business development and provide technical advice across disciplines.
• Build strong internal networks to identify and capitalize on cross‑unit project opportunities.
• Identify key client issues, discuss opportunities and manage day‑to‑day client communications.
• Shape and deliver projects that exceed client expectations and internal quality standards.
• Lead large engagements, develop project teams, assess risks, drive conclusions and review deliverables.
• Manage engagement financials and ensure profitability.
• Coach and train team members to foster growth and capability.

Required profile

• Good degree qualifications in accounting or business from a recognised university.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA).
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in global accounting firms.
• Deep knowledge of financial due diligence and M&A processes.
• Proven leadership experience delivering transaction‑related services to large corporates and private‑equity clients.
• Experience interviewing senior executives and assessing quality of earnings.
