About the role
Provide specialised wound, stoma, and continence care in clinic and home settings. The role is open to both full‑time and part‑time arrangements, offering flexibility to qualified nurses.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and manage acute and chronic wounds such as pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, and surgical wounds.
- Perform wound dressings, negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT), compression bandaging, and stoma care.
- Develop, document, and review individualised care plans.
- Educate patients and caregivers on wound and stoma care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team and maintain accurate documentation.
Required profile
- Registered Nurse with valid SNB registration.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
- Wound/stoma care experience or certification preferred.
- Good communication and patient education skills.
