Executive Assistant to Senior VP, APAC

About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Vice President of Asia Pacific. The role also extends support to the Senior Leadership Team across sales, marketing, editorial and operational functions in the region.
Key responsibilities
- Orchestrate sophisticated calendar management for the SVP of Asia Pacific and APAC SLT across multiple time zones.
- Manage high‑volume email correspondence and craft professional responses on behalf of the SVP.
- Design and execute complex, multi‑leg travel arrangements across the Asia Pacific region, including visa facilitation and contingency planning.
- Provide on‑the‑ground executive support during critical business travel, including real‑time meeting documentation and logistical coordination.
- Lead high‑priority projects designated by the SVP and APAC SLT, delivering measurable outcomes.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders across sales, editorial and operational functions.
- Develop executive‑ready deliverables such as briefing materials, analytical reports, data visualisations and presentation decks.
- Devise and implement streamlined systems for data management, document control and workflow optimisation.
Required profile
- Experience assisting senior management in a fast‑paced corporate environment.
- Proven track record supporting C‑suite or senior executives.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Understanding of the Asia Pacific business landscape and cultural nuances (highly desirable).
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent MS Office and IT skills, including advanced knowledge of the suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining composure.
- Honesty, reliability and strong professional integrity.
- Attention to detail ensuring accuracy in all work outputs.
- Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of tasks and work extra hours when required.
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness across diverse APAC markets.
- Proficiency in Mandarin desirable.
