Finance Manager – Manufacturing (S$7,000‑S$9,000/month)

About the role

We are partnering with an established manufacturing organisation to appoint an experienced Finance Manager. This hands‑on leadership role will oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions, driving accuracy, efficiency and strategic insight.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day finance and accounting operations, including month‑end and year‑end closing.
• Manage financial and management reporting, sub‑group consolidation and balance‑sheet reviews.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and operational financial planning.
• Oversee inventory accounting, costing, stock provisions and working‑capital management.
• Coordinate statutory audits, tax compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Strengthen internal controls, financial processes and audit management.
• Analyse revenue, costs and operational performance to identify profitability improvements.
• Partner with operational leaders on budgets and business performance.
• Prepare management, board and investor reporting materials.
• Lead, coach and develop the finance team.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline.
• 7+ years of finance and accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong hands‑on experience in financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Proven leadership experience within a finance function.
