Finance Manager – Strategic Financial Leadership

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the accounting function and internal controls for Flintex Consulting in Singapore. Reporting to senior management, you will shape financial strategy, ensure accurate reporting, and drive process improvements across the finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial guidance and develop policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Lead a small finance team, overseeing day‑to‑day operations and fostering excellence.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow, working capital and KPI analysis.
• Oversee month‑end and year‑end closing, prepare financial and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with SFRS, US GAAP, GST, tax filings and support external audits.
• Drive finance transformation projects, including automation and reporting enhancements.
• Respond to financial inquiries from regional teams and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA/equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar finance management role.
• Strong knowledge of statutory requirements (SFRS, US GAAP, IRAS).
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a finance team.
